Complete the installation of secondary and tertiary treatment upgrades at the Town’s water pollution control plant. Work included the following major components: installation of two replacement 60’ diameter final clarifiers, installation of 3 blowers with associated blower pipe, UV disinfection equipment, electrical equipment, backup generator, various site yard piping, building restoration throughout the plant, and miscellaneous improvements.
