Watervliet WFP Flocculator Tank Improvements

Replaced 2 horizontal paddle wheel flocculators including center shaft, paddle assemblies, control panels, motors, and FRP dividing baffles. Cast-in-place new flocculator support piers. Completed concrete rehabilitation of the 2 flocculator tanks including crack injection, spall repair, and the application of a high-performance coating. Completed controlled elevated concrete demolition of 1 antiquated aerator step above the west tank. Cast-in-place new effluent channels for each tank and replaced (4) stop gates.
