The project included work at both the Jr/Sr High School and Elementary School.
High School Scope of Work
- Demolition of the existing cafetorium and stage
- Excavation & removal of the existing slab to create sloped theatre seating
- Construction of a new stage with theatrical rigging, lighting & curtains
- Modification of the existing kitchen including new walk-in freezer/refrigerator, stoves, exhaust hood & serving line
- Construction of a new cafeteria w/ outdoor patio
- Modification of the library, transforming it to a media center
- Renovation of 3 sets of boys & girls toilet rooms
Elementary School Scope of Work
- Renovation of 3 classrooms including asbestos abatement, new VCT flooring, new acoustical ceilings, paint and markerboards
- Demolition of existing boys’ and girls locker rooms & toilet areas. Rebuilding all areas to modern
