Project consists of ground improvements with grouted aggregate piers followed by installation of a 100,000GAL glass-fused to steel Statewide Aquastore leachate tank. Other improvements includes ~2000LF of yard piping along with concrete rehabilitation, pump replacement, HVAC and piping improvements at the headworks facility. Difficult project requiring a long-duration bypass for the entire headworks improvement scope bypassing 100% of the plant’s influent flows.
