Lawson Lake Campground Renovations

Complete overhaul and renovation of (7) existing cabins. Full renovation work including new roofing, siding, interior finishes, and painting. Self-performed the jacking and temporary shoring of the cabins to demolish existing stone pile supports and replace with cast-in-place concrete columns to support the buildings. Self-performed excavation and site work, including a new pump station, new leach field, new water storage tank, and over 2000LF of yard piping.
