Deep and shallow spall repairs and crack injections to repair concrete prior to the application of a performance coating. Blasting and coating of all existing aeration piping. Exterior improvements including extensive masonry repair related to tuckpointing, brick replacement, stone replacement, and removal and replacement of an existing retaining wall. Installation of new HVAC exhaust fans and mechanics.
